My name is Keenan Blount (K-Smooth) and I am a vocalist and balladeer with exceptional range and fluid diversity. I am a student of music history with the ability to take you from Nat King Cole to Frank Sinatra, Johnny Hartman to Harry Ray. My journey into entertainment began in church in small town Smyrna, Georgia. As a teenager I joined the legendary Spiritual Aires Quartet and we toured all of Southeastern U.S. I left the group to study music at Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia. Myself along with my good friend and third member of Ray Goodman and Brown, Kenny Brown are featured on the SAC Commemorative Centennial Album. My gift and love for music has taken me far beyond my humble beginnings. In addition to my singing career I also write song and am a multi-talented guitar and piano player.  Throughout my musical career I have played piano and sang background vocals for Peabo Bryson and worked as a vocalist with the funk and jazz band Brick. I have also shared the stage with countless artists from Denise Williams to The Temptations. You can hear my work on YouTube featured as The American Jazz Singer. I Sing some of my favorite songs by some of the greatest artists in the business; such as Nat King Cole, Tony Bennett and Frank Sinatra to name a few.  In 2018 I became a member as one of the lead vocalists of the legendary group Ray Goodman and Brown aka The Moments. I am grateful for such an opportunity to work with Billy Brown and to be reunited with my college friend and former co-worker Kenny Brown. My hearts desire is to work closely with Billy and Kenny in keeping the legacy of Harry Ray and Al Goodman alive through our music and performances.​
